To stimulate and maintain an enthusiastic and supporting interest in the various phases of the Instrumental Music Department, to obtain all possible financial aid and assistance for the general and specific needs of said Music Department, and to cooperate with and support the decisions and recommendations of the Music Directors, and assist in presenting these recommendations to the Board of Education and the Administrative Heads of the North Canton Hoover High School.
