MEALS ~ PRICES AND APPLICATIONS
Application for Free and Reduced Meals:
We encourage you to complete the Free and Reduced-Price Meal Application form. The United States Department of Agriculture has not extended the meal waivers that were enacted to allow schools to provide delicious, nutritious meals for our students at no charge to families during the pandemic. To determine if your students are eligible for free or reduced-price meals, you are required to fill out the application. We encourage you to fill out the online Free and Reduced Priced Meal Application at PaySchools Central which is available at PaySchools, you can click on the links on the right to access our Online Free & Reduced Price Meals Application and the downloadable application. Paper applications can be picked up at the district office entrance hall or you can email Jill Lauter at jill.lauter@northcantonschools.org to request a paper or e-file application.
*Please note that the Free and Reduced-Price Meal application must be completed every school year and you can reapply as often as needed throughout the year if your household income amounts change.
Meal Account Payments
PaySchools Central Online Payment
Our Point of Sale system is set-up to take credit/debit cards and electronic checks via PaySchools Central and can be quickly accessed by clicking on the PaySchools Central button on the right. Simply set up an account for your child(ren) using their PIN (student ID) number. This system will allow you to view purchases, add money to their account, schedule automatic payments and send you email reminders of your child’s account balance if you wish. This is the same system you would use to make School Fee Payments as well. You do not have to pay online to view your child’s account. Click on the "PaySchools User Tutorial Video" link on the right for more information or you can call PaySchools Parent Hot Line at 1-877-393-6628.
