How do I prove residency if I live with someone and everything is in their name?

  • The Affidavit of Staying With must be completed, signed, and notarized by the custodial parent and the person with whom you are residing.

  • Two (2) current utilities in the owner's name must be presented along with the Affidavit of Staying With.

What if we just moved and we don't have utility bills to prove residency?

You may present your lease, closing documents or purchase agreement as proof of residency to enroll. You will have 30 days to then provide us with a utility bill as your second proof of residency.
